We understand that at this time shopping online is safer and more convenient . However, due to the pandemic and the current crisis that we all are facing we have had some shipping delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
All orders comes with tracking and insurance. You'll receive a tracking notice once your package has shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the item(s) purchased. All custom items take at minimum 2-3 business days to be created (with the exception of large orders or Rhinestone Tumblers). Items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. If you're item(s) takes more time making it unbelievably amazing (ex: Rhinestone Tumblers) from processing to shipping may take 7-10 business days not including weekends and/or holidays.
