Damaged Items – Contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. Your items comes with insurance guaranteed by the USPS. We are more than happy to direct you to the proper steps for submitting a claim to recover damages up to $50 by filing a claim with the USPS. If you have received damaged items we will be more than happy to offer you a shopping credit with us given that a claim has been filed and proper documentation has been received and contact within given time has been made.
We provide excellent communication in providing care instructions for all items and will not be held responsible for not following product care guidelines.
Coupon Codes/Sales/Promotions - A Price Adjustment is a refund on a purchased item(s), which goes on sale at a later time. We DO NOT process price adjustments for a promotion, coupon code or sale that was not valid at the time your order was placed.
